Teagan, the founding director of RaeCare Support Services, has always been driven by a profound passion for caregiving and support. Her journey began with a bachelor's degree in Nursing after high school, but upon discovering her aversion to blood through a few fainting episodes (admittedly embarrassing!), she transitioned into sales and later into finance as a freelance financial broker.

Despite her success, Teagan found herself longing for the job satisfaction that comes from directly caring for and supporting others. As a mother to children with disabilities, she was particularly drawn to the field of Disability Support. Starting initially as an employee and then venturing into sole proprietorship, Teagan recognized a significant gap in the industry: the need for consistent, personalized support that fosters meaningful connections between support staff and participants.

Driven by this realization and inspired by her own experiences, Teagan founded RaeCare. The name "RAE" pays homage to her children Ruby, Audrey, and Eli, encapsulating her personal dedication and the heart behind the organization. Today, she takes pride in leading a team of passionate, consistent, and dedicated support workers who uphold the highest standards of care.

Through RaeCare Support Services, Teagan continues to fulfill her calling, ensuring that each participant receives the individualized care and attention they deserve.
